All reservations can be made through the website.  If you require assistance, we’re more than happy to walk you through the online reservation process.  Just call 1-888-737-2742 during the business hours.  

No. You must cancel the reservation and rebook it.  However, there will be cancellation/change fees assessed.

Once an air reservation is ticketed, we highly recommend that clients adhere to the itinerary.  For any reason if you miss your original flight and have to standby for a later flight, please make sure with the airline that the remaining air segments of the itinerary are not cancelled.

Our cancellation policy can be found at by clicking Terms and Conditions on the bottom of any page.

Once the booking has been made and payment remitted, changes are unfortunately not permitted.

Yes.  Most airlines allow customers to make seat assignments in advance.  Please call the airline directly.  www.affordableasia.com/infocenter/resources/airlines-info

No.  All changes once the booking has been made and paid for must be handled by Affordable Asia Tours.

No.  Travel protection insurance must be purchased during the booking process. 

No, you will receive an email with the confirmation ID of your tour package.

No, the flight reservation does not need to be reconfirmed.
 

All of our prices are based on double occupancy.  A single supplement surcharge will apply for single travelers.

No, AffordableAsia.com does not have extra fee for the service.

Yes. For children 11 years old and under, if they share a room with the parents (or two adults) and not ask for an extra bed, the cost is 80% of a regular adult price.  If they need a bed in the same room with parents (or two adults), the cost will be 90% of the regular adult price.  Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.

Yes, travel insurance is available for purchase during the booking process.

Login to My Affordable and then click Confirmation ID to open the confirmation page.  From here, you can email the details of your reservation to whomever you choose.

Simply login to My Affordable which you can find on the top right hand side on any page and click My Trip where you can review all your trip reservations.  By clicking the Confirmation ID to open the confirmation page, you can choose to print, email or save this confirmation. 

You have to create another itinerary for the additional passengers.  You are unable to add more people into your existing reservation.

If you need to cancel or change the confirmed and paid reservation, please call the toll-free number 1-888-737-ASIA(2742) .

Log in to My Affordable (on the top of any page) then click My Trip.  You will see the reservation(s) that you made.

You can contact Affordable Asia by clicking "Contact Us" at top of the page on www.affordableasia.com or calling us at 1-888-737-ASIA (2742) between the hours of 9am-11:59pm (PST), Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

You can check your package status online.  If the air tickets are issued, the status will show “Ticketed.”

You can check your reservation status online.  If your reservation is confirmed, the status will show "Confirmed."

The refund process normally takes 15-45 days depending on your bank and/or credit card company. If you have any questions about refunds, please contact us.

Once part of the air ticket is used, no partial refund is allowed.  

Unless stated otherwise, yes, the round trip airport transfers upon arrival and departure are included in the tour fares.  However, if you choose to stay behind in the last visiting city in your itinerary, the transfer out will be on your own.

No, the transfer out will be on your own, if you extend your trip after the tour ends.
