Day 1  USA-Shanghai
Board an international flight bound for Shanghai. Spend the night aboard as our flight crosses the International Date Line. (For travelers who purchase Air+Land package only)

Day 2  Arrival Shanghai
Arrival in Shanghai, the largest metropolitan center of China. She is a bright pearl at the mouth of the Yangtze River and China's largest economic center. Self check-in at the hotel for a good night's rest. (Note: for land-only package travelers, this is your check-in date at the hotel)

Day 3  Shanghai (ABF)
This morning, we visit the Shanghai Museum and view the exhibits of ancient Chinese art. Designed by a local Shanghai architect, the current building was completed in 1993 and resembles the shape of a bronze cooking vessel. In the afternoon, we visit City God's Temple, drive through Nanjing Road and the Bund.

Day 4  Shanghai (ABF)
Spend the day free at leisure or take an optional excursion to the charming water village of Suzhou. Suzhou, often known as the “Venice of the Orient," is a historic city located at the heart of the Yangtze Delta in the southern part of the Jiangsu Province. Beautiful stone bridges, pagodas, and classical gardens line the canals that cover 42 percent of the city.

Day 5  Shanghai (ABF)
Our tour ends as we check out at the hotel. You can choose to extend your stay in Shanghai for business or family-visit.
