No. You must cancel the reservation and rebook it. However, there will be cancellation/change fees involved.
Once an air reservation is ticketed, we highly recommend that clients adhere to the itinerary. For any reason if you miss your original flight and have to standby for a later flight, please make sure with the airline that the remaining air segments of the itinerary are not cancelled.

All of our prices are based on double occupancy. A single supplement surcharge will apply for single travelers.

Yes. For children 11 years old and under, if they share a room with the parents (or two adults) without an extra bed, the charge is 80% of a regular adult price. If they request an extra bed in the same room with parents (or two adults), the charge will be 90% of the regular adult price. Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.
Yes, travel insurance is available for purchase at the time of initial booking with deposit and at the time of final payment.
Login to My Affordable and then click Confirmation ID to open the confirmation page. From here, you can email the details of your reservation to whomever you choose.
Simply login to My Affordable which you can find on the top right hand side on any page and click My Trip where you can review all your trip reservations. By clicking the Confirmation ID to open the confirmation page, you can choose to print, email or save this confirmation.
You are unable to add more people into your existing reservation. You have to create another itinerary for the additional passengers.

Log in to My Affordable (on the top of any page) then click My Trip. You will see the reservation(s) that you made.
You can contact Affordable Asia by clicking "Contact Us" at top of the page on www.affordableasia.com or calling us at 1-888-737-ASIA (2742) between the hours of 9am-06:00pm (PST), Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
You can check your package status online. If the air tickets are issued, the status will show “Ticketed.”

The refund process normally takes 15-45 days depending on your bank and/or credit card company. If you have any questions about refunds, please contact us.
You can add or delete any optional tours to your existing reservation any time before the final full payment is made. To modify, please click here to login to your Affordable Asia account, under “My Trip” section, click on “Add Service(s)” button to make updates to your trip.
After the full payment is made, you can still add optional tours & excursions up to 14 days prior to departure. If you need to cancel any optional tours & excursions, a $15 service fee will be applied to each transaction. Please contact us directly in this situation.
Once part of the air ticket is used, no partial refund is allowed.
Unless stated otherwise, yes, the round trip airport transfers upon arrival and departure are included in the tour fares. However, if you choose to stay behind in the last visiting city in your itinerary, the transfer out will be on your own.
No, the transfer out will be on your own, if you extend your trip after the tour ends.
Gratuities to your tour guide and driver are not mandatory and should be based upon your satisfaction of their service. A general guideline is to tipping is as follows:

All U.S. citizens traveling to China must travel with a valid passport and Visa obtained prior to entering China. You can choose to get China Visa on your own at the Chinese Consulate that holds jurisdiction over your area of residence, or have Affordable Asia obtain the Visa for you. If you choose to obtain Visa through Affordable Asia, the Visa processing fees are as follows:
60 days or prior to departure: $180
30-59 days prior to departure: $200
14-29 days prior to departure: $230
